In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support to our Farming team in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. This is a casual role working approximately 25 – 30 hours a week.

Act as the first point of contact for all face to face, telephone and e-mail queries for internal and external clients
Scanning, filling of records and general documentation
Manage incoming/outgoing purchase orders through BPCS
Ensuring all OHS site requirements are kept up to date
Assist in internal OHS systems and processes to ensure compliance
General office house keeping
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive friendly attitude with an excellent phone manner
Good levels of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to provide support to numerous stakeholders while working largely autonomously
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work
