About the role

Are you the kind of person who thrives on providing customers with an exceptional service, and enjoy working as part of a friendly team in a fast pace friendly environment?

In this role you’ll manage your own portfolio of Financial Lines claims, while exceeding our customers’ expectations by providing timely, accurate management of claims.

Important to your success

You will enjoy working autonomously, and by following best practice guidelines and promoting the Zurich Financial Lines claim brand in the Australian Market.

1 – 3 years of legal or Financial Lines Insurance experience or

3 – 5 years General Insurance experience

General broad legal knowledge gained at top or mid tier insurance firm or similar experience in an in-house role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Competent computing skills (Word & Excel)
