About the branch

This position is situated in the Fleet branch, and the officer will perform administrative functions within the Fleet Administration team. Under the direction of the team leader administrator, the position will provide general administrative support to the branch.


Key Deliverables of the position
  • Undertake all administration tasks directed by the team leader.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement practices within the branch, identifying opportunities for business and process improvements.
  • Follow organisational policies and practices for management and control of documents. Use existing systems and procedures to ensure historical document changes are visible.
  • Use multiple software systems, programs and packages to deliver outcomes. Learn about new technologies quickly and use them efficiently and effectively.


About You

  • Delivers high-quality service to customers (internal/external) and understands and reacts promptly to customer requests.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment and foster good relationships with other team members.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task in a business support environment.
