Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful event venues – the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium (CS).
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join the Food and Beverage team at the AEC & CS as the Food & Beverage Operations Assistant.
This casual hands-on role will be assisting the Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for stock control, overseeing the set up of the food & beverage outlets on event days, kiosk set up, stock rotation, receiving stock deliveries and equipment maintenance.

What you will bring to AVM:
Experience with H&L will be highly regarded
A current forklift license and experience driving a forklift will be advantageous
A current and up-to-date Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
Display high energy levels, lively personality and be physically fit
Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
Use of initiative and attention to detail to complete tasks in a timely manner
Have flexible availability to work early mornings and late evenings, 7 days a week
