The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join the team in our BlueScope Building Components business as a Front of Office Administrator. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

In this exciting and brand-new role, you will play an integral part in coordinating and supporting the office administration of the operations and customer service teams at our brand new, Novar Gardens site. Bring your proven administrative and customer service skills and have the opportunity to make this newly created role your own, becoming a trusted member of the team.

What Will You Do?

As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you’ll work to quickly understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate team, providing a positive customer experience for all. You will:

support our teams across various administrative functions including meeting minutes, database management and reporting

co-ordinate events and travel bookings

assist with fleet management

work collaboratively with our operations and customer service teams and be solution focused
