Park Regis City Quays & Piermonde Apartments are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team who will be there to support the Front Office Team in all aspects of the front office with a hands on approach, and ensuring both our customers and our team are happy.

Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Welcoming guest to the hotel during check-in & checking out and also during their stay with us
  • Assisting guest’s with any requests and sharing your local knowledge
  • Working along side housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all aware of guest movements and requests
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests as required
  • Dealing with any customer complaints or issues with the best outcomes

Skills and experience

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience with RMS but not essential
  • Professional phone manor
  • Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Tour Reservations System or similar
  • Previous experience within a MLR property not essential
  • Flexible to work various shifts including week-ends, public holidays & over nights
