We have 50+ locations across Australia and New Zealand and have plans to grow our team into the UK. To support our rapidly growing team we are looking for a diverse range of people who have leadership potential. We have a Leadership Academy with 7 structured programs to nurture our future and current leaders. Successful applicants will be fast-tracked into a 2IC position alongside an experienced leader and will start in our Leadership Academy immediately.
Don’t need to know everything about bikes or have leadership experience!
There is complete on the job training. We value team players with a great attitude, a thirst for learning who are driven to do well. All customers are our priority, so if you enjoy talking to people, are not a bike snob and believe in providing great 1 on 1 service then you’ll fit in well. Join a close knit team environment with regular communication rhythms like Weekly Business Meetings and 1 on1 coaching/development. Track and celebrate team and individual achievements daily / weekly / monthly.
Consultants, 2ICs and Team Leaders earn a base salary with uncapped commissions. Team Leaders earn a share of store profits and are offered ownership in their store. For the last 3 years Team Leader earnings have averaged over $100k.
Our Team Leaders are Business Owners who are given autonomy and decision making ability. They lead their teams performance, culture and take ownership of successes and failures. Every year our top achievers are rewarded with an overseas global event.
