Seeking retail, hospitality or call centre experts for a 6 month temp contract in the Western suburbs!

This International company is a leader in several industries, their Customer experience team is looking for multiple people with call centre or retail experience to join their team. Your office will be located in in the Altona.

Your new role

As the Customer Advisor, you will primarily be responsible for end to end case management on behalf of the Customer and the Business. This is done by resolving queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner to achieve business objectives and increase customer satisfaction.

Coordinate end to end case management via all customer channels including inbound/outbound calls, email, letter and digital including Social Media and Live chat.

Make informed decisions and recommend countermeasures in line with appropriate policies and procedures to ensure timely and efficient case resolution, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Accurately input information from the customer into Salesforce to establish trends in customer dissatisfaction, information requirements or product concerns to provide the business with accurate and timely information.

Continually follow up with the customer on the status of any outstanding issues, while documenting details and reporting back to them until case resolution.

Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and close cases in a timely and efficient manner.

Professional manner and presentation

Ability to work towards a deadline

Exceptional customer service telephone technique and methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

CRM user experience (Desirable)
