Full Job Description
We are seeking an outstanding individual to help drive Swinburne’s long-term digital marketing strategy and to lead a high performing team of digital marketing professionals and analytic experts to support the University’s business goals.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a strong communicator and an expert at maintaining effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and working collaboratively across all functions and levels of the University.

You will have overall accountability for the Swinburne website and will be responsible for expanding our digital and data-driven marketing capability and continuing to embed a new digital marketing operating model that focuses on data and insight-based decision making, ‘best in class’ customer experience and customer centric behaviours, and champion this operational shift across the broader marketing function.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Proven digital marketing experience driving demonstrable results and customer experience outcomes

Significant experience in a similar leadership role with experience in organisational-wide digital transformation, and the implementation and management of digital technology platforms (such as Adobe Experience Cloud and consent management)

Well-developed stakeholder management expertise, including the ability to consult widely to gain cooperation and input from various sources, synthesise a range of views, and influence key stakeholders to achieve the digital transformation and growth goals

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, IT or equivalent
