In this role you will:
As this Customer Service Supervisor at DHL, you’ll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure movement of this dedicated customer runs smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology

Lead a dedicated team who rely on you to resolve a variety of service requests in the most efficient and enduring manner.

Continue to maintain and build effective relationships with this LSHC customer

Be across all facets for the movement for this dedicated customer both internally and externally

Management of Administrator Process & Maintenance of effective operations quality standards and matrices,

Manage the reverse logistics for this dedicated customer

Ensures strategies / plans are aligned

You have the following qualities & qalifications:
Proven leadership experience

Experience within the Transport industry essential

Experience within a high volume environment

Extensive experience in a management capacity in Customer Care or a related capacity

The ability to build strong positive relationships with customers internally and externally
