Job Description

The following activities will have the below responsibilities within the HR team:

Posting job adds for the factory manager

Compile job applications for review by the relevant managers

Manage HR inbox and enquiries and queries

HR queries including; general queries, complaints, changes

Providing administrative support for the employee life-cycle

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Provide HR Admin support to HR related activities

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant for this role will have the following:

Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources or similar

2+ years experience in a similar role

Experience as a HR admin/officer

Understanding of general HR policies and procedures

Efficient HR administration skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced role
