Your new role

  • Lodge Sea Cargo Report/Underbonds
  • Check pre-alert documents for the registration process.
  • Send arrival notifications/pre-alerts to clients, outside brokers, and the transportation department.
  • Check transshipments for confirmed vessels or ETD dates and update the system accordingly.
  • Pay shipping line / co-load invoices 5 days out to ETA
  • Ability to identify any discrepancies on a payable invoice
  • Request EDOs to ensure to have them in the system 3 days prior to ETA.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Lodge intent to claim where necessary
  • Work from a shared mailbox with categories.
  • Adaptability to a team environment with a can-do attitude

What you will need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • ICS Customs portal knowledge
  • 1 – stop experience
  • CargoWise experience
