6 month contract – Full Time – 29th Sep Start! – Brisbane CBD – Training – $32.69/hr + super – Hybrid

Your new company

This reputable organisation is based nationally and looking to expand their growing Brisbane CBD team with experienced call centre professionals.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, dealing with all customer enquiries and managing a portfolio of claims from beginning to end.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working within a call centre environment and also have exposure to the following skills:

Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills through your ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly

You have great time management and organisational skills, and be able to adapt to different situations.

You will be a go getter, able to work well autonomously and have confidence in your abilities

You will display analytical skills when handling cases to effectively determine an appropriate outcome

Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cooperative, team environment

Basic to Intermediate computer literacy with demonstrated ability to touch type and work with multiple systems simultaneously
