The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking an Administration Assistant to support a bespoke team of passionate individuals through an innovative project. The Job Support Hub (funded by the Department of Social Services) assists local clients receiving income support to easily access and positively engage in job readiness and professional development opportunities, in turn supporting aspirational career pathways.
The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to support local community members by providing excellent customer service in a front-facing role and aim to improve the overall Hub experience for all clients engaged in the service. If you are looking to further develop your professional skills and experience within the community development sector, and have a pro-active, forward-thinking attitude to your work with sound administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
This is a temporary casual position based on a fixed-term agreement until 30 June 2024 for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. There may be an opportunity for further extension of the position should the agreement with the Commonwealth be renewed.
Total Package
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Salary ranges between $39.04 – $41.29 per hour
