As General Affairs Support Officer you are responsible to manage and proactively daily administrative functions and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficient invoice management ensuring quotes match invoices and checking work performed satisfactory prior to processing for payment.
Raising approvals and processing finance teams.
Vendor management including setting up new vendors into the system.
Account reconciliations, including liaising with vendor for missed payment, billing errors, arrears, and missing invoices.
Stakeholder management which includes first point of contact between Stakeholders when they newly arrive to Australia and helping them settle in and addressing all their immediate needs.
Organisation of all international travel shipments.
Supporting Stakeholders and EA’s with VIP visits- booking accommodation, meeting rooms, pre-departure COVID 19 tests following current government regulations.
Event/Conference coordination; organise and set up meeting rooms.
Liaise with contractors and building management regarding maintenance of shared areas when required.
Process State Office invoice submission for office expenses.
Any ad hoc requirements, including filling in at reception and in mail room if needed.
Bi-lingual in Korean and English is preferred not essential
Previous experience in customer service or adminstration role
Very strong attention to detail – accuracy.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Diligent work ethic, well organise, and solution focused.
