Loan Writer

FAA Group is currently seeking a Loan Writer for the Maroochydore Office in Queensland.

The FAA Group has been operating for over 30 years servicing over 20,000 clients. We provide a wide range of financial services and products to a wide range of clients in both the government and private sectors.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for an office-based Administration Assistant / Agent Support to join our team.

Key Role Responsibilities

Provide clients with information on mortgage products to enable them to make an informed decision in relation to the selection of their loan

Calculate lending opportunities

Coordinate their loan process from application to settlement

Develop and maintain client relationships

Providing exceptional level of customer service

Skills & Experience

Experience in loan writing is preferred but not required

Passionate about providing high levels of service

Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail, compliance and comprehension of all relevant legislation

High level of communication skills, both written and verbal

Well presented

Excellent computer skills including a sound knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
