Manager, Inclusive Programs – Full Time/Ongoing

The purpose of this role is to lead the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of key early learning programs and projects to support the inclusion of children with additional needs in kindergarten, particularly the Kindergarten Inclusion Support and Preschool Field Officer programs.


An exciting opportunity exists to join a high performing team as an senior leader in the early childhood area in the Department of Education and Training. This role lead a team of four responsible for the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of key early learning programs and projects to support the inclusion of children with additional needs in kindergarten, particularly the Kindergarten Inclusion Support and Preschool Field Officer programs.


The successful candidate will have experience in the inclusion sector (preferrably in the early childhood sector) and as a people manager. Experience leading complex program implementation in a government context through third parties will be highly regarded.
