We are on the hunt for our next Manufacturing Team Member to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our site in Canning Vale, WA.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced individual who is looking to join a dynamic growing family business.

We are searching for a strong, fit, and motivated individual who takes a pride in finishing work to a high level of quality. Experience with computerised machinery (i.e. CNC machines, Beam saws etc.) and practical skills using hand tools will be highly beneficial in this role.

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Understand diagrams and technical instruction drawings to enable accurate completion of timber doors and joinery products.

Communicate material requirements for each job.

Cutting and Machining raw timber components for timber door assembly.

Utilising machinery to manufacture timber doors and joinery products, this involves using the CNC machine, beam saw, hot door press, and general hand tools.

Ensure the scheduled workload is completed within the allocated timeframe.

Actively seek Learning & Development opportunities to increase efficiency within your role and improve the customers experience.

Ensure you and your team members comply with company safety protocols.

Maintain a tidy work environment

Requirements

Skills and experience

Mechanical and technical skills and knowledge of the setting up and utilising of joinery machinery as mentioned in job description – preferred.

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints – preferred.

Proven experience with producing quality work within tight timeframes.

Attention to detail and a methodical approach – a “true craftsman” that is passionate about producing quality products.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ability to uphold the company values.

Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
