We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join the team as a Member Services Specialist on a full time basis. Working in a team of Sales & Service Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in Member services. Along the way, ‎‎you ‎will develop knowledge of Pleasure craft/ boat components and gain ‎underwriting ‎‎skills for analysis and interpretation.
The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you’ll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members and our community.
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Answering a mixture of Inbound calls from Members & Partners; including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing & renewing existing policies and providing general information.
  • Managing & responding to own portfolio of daily correspondence
  • Available 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday and occasional 7:30am to 4:00pm Saturday’s
  • Full Time Permanent Role

  • Motivation to expand, learn and grow within a high performing team
  • Experience in Customer Service & Sales
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive time management skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • General knowledge or passion of Boats will be highly regarded
