Job Description Summary
Must be an A Grade Electrician and have knowledge of meter installations.
About the Role
Testing of connections to low voltage electricity networks
Install, set up and commission Current Transformer (CT) and Whole Current (WC) metering
Fault Finding in all types of metering installations.
Apply risk management principals to works planning and delivery.
Provide relevant information to client or project reporting as required.
Conduct equipment checks (Calibration of relevant equipment) / site inspections / documentation reviews associated with works and PPE.
Conduct duties associated with the Verification of Competency and Competency to Work processes.
Report any injuries/incidents including making site safe, preserving site until release, assisting with medical review of injured workers, and collecting evidence/statements for reporting purposes.
Participate in and/or workgroup meetings.
Ensure vehicle is kept clean
Maintain Stock levels
Report any Customer complaints and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Ensure all Metering Providers Targets are met – (, UE Legacy, Intellihub).
