We are currently looking for a hard working and self-motivated office admin and data entry clerk to join our team. Applicants must have strong descriptive skills, a high level of detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. If interested, then this is the best opportunity for you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishment/execution of customer support including administrative tasks
Re-input various data including customer information or other information
Check various old data and make necessary changes in the records
Resampling input data by comparing it with source documents
Respond to information requests from authorized members
Organize meetings about managing data as needed
Manage other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent in MS word processing tools and spreadsheets like MS-Word, MS-Excel
Basic knowledge of touch typing systems and database management
Minimum 0-2+ years customer service and support experience
Exceptional reliability, attendance and punctuality
Detail-oriented, critical thinkers, self-starters
Excellent Timing Skills – Work to the Deadline
Data function must store with high accuracy
