Office Administration Officer

Blackstone Legal Costing is a 30 person firm headquarters in Melbourne. We have a great culture and the office is relaxed but professional.  We have a role in supporting a team of 8 people with office administration work.  

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience of working in legal industry 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to self solve problems
  • You have at least 2 years experience in an administration  support role

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming work requests by email and update calendars of the fee earners
  • Diary Management
  • Pulling out disbursement invoices and scanning these documents for cost claims and saving the documents to our file system.
  • Other administrative duties
