The Role
We are currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Office Clerk to come join our team in the Brisbane CBD on a full-time basis. The clerk position is an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties including:
collecting/distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail;
scanning, printing, filing, photocopying;
compiling documents;
reception cover;
preparing meeting rooms;
tea and coffee service for clients;
deliveries and court filing;
assisting with the smooth running of the Brisbane office; and
other ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Candidate:This role will suit:
a recent school leaver with a keen interest in gaining administrative skills within the legal industry;
someone with an enthusiastic, proactive, and mature approach; and
a team player who is keen to learn.
