This is a diverse role which will touch many facets of our business, requiring someone who can comfortably transition between tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude is essential. The successful applicant will find themselves an integral member of our professional team.
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
Receiving and dispatching of daily orders
Shape tracing of all styles of spectacle frames
Process incoming match up orders
Ability to communicate and work within a team environment to meet customer needs and deadlines, with a can-do attitude
Work in partnership with Branch Manager and team members to meet company targets
Willingness to be flexible in working hours
The key skills required for this role include:
1-2 years working experience in a team environment preferable but not essential
Responsible for providing a consistent quality product which can be delivered to the customer within time frames, meeting all quality standards
Willingness to learn new skills, ability to cross train into various related tasks and work well and contribute to a team environment
Strong work ethic
Process driven individual who is organized, has attention to detail, excellent administration and time keeping skills, willingness to be flexible with working hours, ability to prioritise and be flexible often dealing with ad-hoc queries from customers
Proficient computer skills
