Your new company
This rapidly growing organisation has their corporate office located in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. With a large finance team, this part-time role is required to support the Payroll Manager with full-function payroll processing for several entities, working 3 days per week.
Your new role
Working within Chris21 you will take responsibility for fortnightly pay runs, award interpretation and all payroll administration regarding new starters, terminations, and variations. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Process and reconcile fortnightly payroll
Interpretation of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Assist with employee queries in a timely manner
Calculate termination entitlements
Support the Payroll Manager in preparing superannuation and payroll reconciliations
Complete month end payroll journals
Preparation of reports as required
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have worked within a similar position, ideally within Chris21 or an ERP. Exposure to working with a large organisation will assist with your transition to this growing business. Currently this role looks after pay runs for up to 180 staff but is set to increase.
What you’ll get in return
This position is required to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the pay week and offers flexibility on the alternate week.
