An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations Projects team, based in Minchinbury.
Supporting and reporting to the Director- Store Operations (DSO), this position will be challenging, with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role and will be in contact with multiple stakeholders.
What does the role look like?
  • Maintain oversight of the Director’s portfolio of work to be able to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
  • Book travel on behalf of the Director, coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel itineraries
  • Undertake and be involved in project management activities
  • Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying, and archiving
  • Liaising with external service providers

What do we need from you?
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally supporting a Senior Manager/Executive
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
  • Superior problem-solving ability
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skill set

This role reports to the Director- Store Operations.
