Production Operator (Packing)

The Position

Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for 3 Production Operators to join us for the afternoon shift at our modern Marsden Park facility in Western Sydney.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the daily set-up and operation of their assigned machines, including assisting with problem solving, inspection of products and materials and reporting any deficiencies. The individual will also be responsible for meeting daily production requirements and all Lindt and Sprungli safety and quality standards are consistently met.

The Person

Previous experience with a food production Company

Previous packaging experience with automatic line and weighing system preferred

Previous experience with GMP and continuous improvement highly regarded

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read and follow instructions

Ability to work in Day shift when an Afternoon shift is not required in off-peak months
