About the role
We currently have opportunities for experienced individuals to join our Production team in Port Hedland. Motivated, adaptable and eager to learn, successful candidates will enjoy being part of collaborative and diverse teams.
As part of our high performing team you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across site and functional teams to support collaborative outcomes
- Positively contribute to Ports culture; ensuring a strong focus on safety, performance and inclusivity
- Safely deliver our production goals through operation and optimisation of fixed plant equipment
- Actively engage and contribute in our improvement programs to help improve port every day!
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fixed plant environment, with proven ability to diagnose faults, prioritise and problem solve in a fast paced setting
- Experience with Mooring and Ship Loading activities is advantageous
- Track record of safe work practices in a high risk environment, including ability to develop quality, task-based risk assessments
- Ability to obtain WA maritime security clearance (MSIC)
This position will work on our Lifestyle Roster, working a pattern of days and nights, with a block of days off at the end of each panel. Employees on this roster enjoy two full weekends off out of four and will align to the following shift rotation: 2D2N5X, 2D3N4X, 3D2N5X. Shifts are 12.5 hours including handover and you will benefit from additional shift allowances, as part of your remuneration package. As an added benefit, those on a Lifestyle Roster will also enjoy an additional week of annual leave per year.
