We have this great opportunity for a special person to join our small team. The position is a key role to our business providing front of house administration and working towards a career in property management. NO Experience is necessary, but life experience and a can-do attitude goes a long way.

You will be supported, encouraged, and heard. We are growing and would love for you to grow with us.

We service the suburbs south of the city, with our core area being within the City of Onkaparinga and surrounding areas. Our agency is currently driven by referrals, and we are motivated to increase our presence within the area.

Where are We?

Our main office is based in St Mary’s with our sales team in Old Reynella, South Australia, but we manage properties between Goolwa and Gawler.

Who we are looking for:

This job role is for a trainee Property Manager, and you will be supported to complete a Certificate 4 in Property Services (Property Management and Real Estate Sales) as part of your employment. Study during office hours and in your own time will also be required.

  • Knowledge of computers and technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new programs and systems.
  • A passion for helping clients and great customer service skills.

  • Generates and acts on new ideas that add value to the business
  • Police clearance will be required


  • Experience in the local property market
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets

The role is a 12-month traineeship, if you are the right fit you will be encouraged to stay on after your traineeship and continue to build your career with us.
