Job Description

We are looking for an admin superstar with a strong desire to provide our racing division an excellent administrative support. This is a permanent full time position and reports to the Racing Services Manager.

As a Racing Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:

responding to general enquiries received from internal and external stakeholder

Undertake process of procurement procedures and coordinate payments for the Racing Division as required

Coordinate all operational travel requirements for racing officials

Assist with the preparation and dissemination of race day official rostering

Support the Racing Division with racing-related administration requirements.

Ensure appropriate record keeping in accordance with policies.


To be successful in this position, you will need to possess:
Completion of secondary school studies (or equivalent experience)

Experience in general administration and customer service

Sound understanding of financial management processes, including processing of invoices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders
