We are growing and are looking for a new reception administration officer to join our amazing team in our office at Marryatville.

Established in 1946, St Louis is a family owned aged care organisation providing home care services, residential care, and retirement living services to older people across Adelaide metropolitan, Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu regions.

St Louis Home Care provides a variety of at-home care services to help people continue to live the life they want in their own home. We offer services privately or through government subsidised Home Care Packages or a combination of both.

Essential for the position:

  • A friendly telephone manner
  • Empathy and patience
  • A willingness to adapt in a busy work environment
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Office) are a must
  • Previous Experience working in a Reception / Administration role
  • A high attention to detail
  • A mature approach to completing administration tasks
  • Experience in managing bookings for meetings
  • Arrange supplies of stationery, kitchen stocks, items for our Homecare workers
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while building great relationships
  • Some exposure to operational finance would be an advantage
  • National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Covid Vaccination and Booster and ongoing Flu vaccinations
