  • Experience managing high call volumes and email enquiries 
  • Passion for outstanding customer service and an empathetic approach  
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a supportive team 
  • Multi tasking superstar 
  • Desire to learn new skills and jump into a new industry  

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Effectively manage high volume incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Liaise with building/construction and maintenance sub-contractors
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Assist with facilities management and control of office supplies 
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support across the business units
