About the Role

There is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced receptionist to join the administration team located at our head office in Kingsford.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
First point of contact, meet & greet for all visitors

Management of all incoming calls

Handling of company generic emails

Assist processing within the Automated Accounts Payable System

Daily upkeep of kitchen and lunchroom facilities

Arrange courier and freight bookings

Banking and postage duties, restocking of office and kitchen supplies

Assisting with Morning Tea and lunches

General admin support

Skills and Experience

Professional phone manner and friendly, service-driven approach to clients and colleagues.

Previous experience in a similar role

Be passionate about customer service and delivery

Ability to prioritise and manage tasks

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skills

High level of communication skills, written and verbal
