Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate would take pride in their customer service, be an adaptable, reliable and helpful team member with experience in the typical activities of a record management team and be familiar with TRIM EDRMS (CM 9)
As part of the Records Management (RM) team undertake mailroom and document registration activities, including sorting, classifying, recording and distributing incoming mail, deliveries in line with VCGLR processes and health and safety requirements
Undertake records file creation and maintenance, including the use of electronic records management systems (TRIM/CM9), and hardcopy scanning, archival and retrieval
Contribute to the development and/or review and implementation of team and organisation records management procedures, processes and policies
As part of the RM team liaise with customers/users to analyse their record-keeping needs and develop solutions that comply with records management requirements and standards
