Our client is a NFP and an established player in their field that have been operating in SA for over 25 years They deliver a wide range of services to their customers and communities.

They have a rare job opportunity available for a talented Recruitment Team Leader in a Permanent Full-Time capacity, to join their friendly team.

The Role:
As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible to develop and implement contemporary human resource initiatives and programs to ensure that our client can attract, retain and manage a highly engaged and committed workforce.

The position will provide support and advice to the HR Manager and other managers across the organisation relating to recruitment, onboarding, induction, contract management/administration, industrial instruments, employee/industrial relations, and remuneration and employee benefits.

Your Responsibilities:
Manage HR & ER matters and provide management with recommendations in relation to legislation, policies, and procedures.

Manage coaching, recruitment, onboarding & induction, employee training and development.

Manage the Employee Lifecycle Framework, including recruitment

Provide expertise and support to internal & external stakeholders on HR Matters

Develop, monitor & drive continuous improvement on HR strategies, systems, and processes.

Manage a team

What you’ll need to succeed:
Tertiary qualifications in HR/ER/IR or related.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar supervisory position.

Experience in a NFP organisation an asset.

Have sound knowledge of contemporary ER/IR practices

Previous experience in identifying and implementing process improvements

Be a proactive individual with employee management skills
