The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data accurately into computer systems, maintaining and updating databases, managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and speed.

Maintain and update databases, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.

Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients.

Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Conduct research and gather information as needed.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant or similar role.

Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

High-speed internet access and a reliable computer.
