RAC Parks & Resorts has a range of properties at some of Western Australia’s most beautiful locations. With caravan and camping sites, to hotel style rooms, self-contained cabins and resort facilities, there are accommodation types to suit all travellers. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Attendant / Resort Receptionist who has a passion for creating a memorable customer experience, to join our Ningaloo Reef Resort team.

Job Requirements:
The Role

This is a casual role and will provide a professional, efficient, and personalised service to our RAC members and guests visiting the Ningaloo Reef resort. Key responsibilities include:

Creating a welcoming environment to all guests

Complete reservations and the check in process in accordance with RAC guidelines

Assist members with special requests, general information, bookings and queries

Complete general office duties

About the location

Ningaloo Reef Resort is situated in Australia’s stunning Coral Coast region and is approximately 1124km north of Perth. The Ningaloo Reef, one of the world’s most beautiful marine parks, is just a stone’s throw away from the resort. The resort offers self contained one bedroom, two bedroom and studio rooms with resort facilities and an onsite café and bar.

Previous experience in a hospitality environment, hotels, accommodation environment

Ability to provide a proactive guest and member focus in all activities

Highly effective verbal communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Availability to work weekends and public holidays
