Full time (12 month contract) position based at Park Holme
The Opportunity
This role is a permanent full time position of 76 hours per fortnight, Monday-Friday. Start times will vary as per a roster from 7am to 9am – The successful candidate may be required to be onc all on a rotation basis.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will support our clients to access in home services via external brokerage agencies to enable them to maintain their independence. Duties include:
Processing brokerage service requests and invoices across a broad range of services
Coordinating brokerage services and ensuring services commence and are completed within a specified time frame
Identifying, reporting and escalating client incidents, delays in service provision and service variations
About you
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent computer literacy skills, outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and has a strong eye for detail. You will also meet the following criteria:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Strong administration and computer skills
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Can develop effective working relationships with all stake holders
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with clients and all stake holders
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients to help problem solve issues
Provide administration support to the Line Manager and team as delegated.
Based on Silver Chain Group Policy and Government Directions, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 including booster, or evidence of a medical exemption to commence employment.
