Your Role

You will be integral to our team and our participants. You will liaise with the Clients and Participants and understand exactly the type of support and person they are looking for. You will then bring it all together by linking our support staff’s expertise to our participant’s needs.

You will then obviously be spending a lot of time being hands-on with your team and the operations team so we can identify where we need to increase our staff to fill all the needs of our increasing participant load.

The role will also include some administration tasks on an “as needed” basis.

If you have a background in labour hire or a role that requires high-volume coordination of people and resources, then you will suit this role.
