Right at Home Brisbane North and South are currently seeking a rostering officer to join our team.
Right at Home is one of Brisbane leading in home care providers, our mission is to support and promote the independence of our clients living all over Brisbane.
As a member of our rostering department, you’ll be tasked with ensuring the perfect care worker is rostered with right client.
This is a fast-paced role, with your duties including but limited to:
Oragnising client rosters.
Dealing with last minute changes.
Work closely with our case managers and directors.
Answering incoming calls.

What You Need
Excellent customer service
Experience using Microsoft Office
Ability to problem solve.
Current Police Check
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card
