about the role
This 12-month opportunity, with scope for extension will see the successful candidate reporting to the Scheduling Returns Manager responsible for ensuring effective product is managed and scheduled to clients.
Duties will include:
First point of contact for internal and external staff regarding loan kit returns
Coordinate bookings and schedule product return based on status and priorities
Process and maintain loan and consignment bookings
Provide call back service to customers to ensure timely returns
Liaise with territory managers, sales team, schedulers and warehouse team to ensure expectations are met
Manage Internal database and updating client information
about you
To be successful in this role you will possess the following qualifications and skills;
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
Experience scheduling returns or coordinating product delivery
Organised with the ability to work to deadlines
CRM computer system experience would be advantageous
Proactive and able to think outside the box
Developed problem solving skills
Proven ability to establish your own priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task
