What’s the role?
The Services Coordinator will be the primary field point of contact for contractor/services coordination to deliver Maintenance and Operational activities.
You will be the interface for all services including but not limited to temporary equipment, Vehicle management, Tool procurement and 3rd party contractor coordination.
Coordinate vendor / contractor mobilization and resource optimization in support of planned and approved unplanned / break-in activities.
Ensure all Contractors engaged have current QGC inductions and relevant competencies.
Participate in regular meetings with Planners, Schedulers, Maintenance Supervisors, and other customers to understand requirements.
Responsible to support the Maintenance Leads and Supervisors to ensure work is ready to execute.
Provide support to functional teams such as the Campaign Maintenance Teams working in the area through co-ordination of services to ensure readiness of scheduled activities
Attend meetings set out in the process to ensure Services gate readiness confirmation and continuous improvement – daily review meetings, schedule reviews, Close out meetings and 6-week meeting.
Provide ongoing feedback to the Planning and Scheduling team, Execution, Operations and Contractors for continuous improvement of services coordination.
Maximo Close out for all work executed assigned to the Service Coordinator.
Manage the sites Temporary Equipment register. Tool procurement and tooling registers.
Manage the Servicing of special tools, temporary equipment, and PPE.
Ensues Contractor equipment is certified and fit for purpose and operator licenses in place / current.
Focal point between Fleet Management and Operations to ensure effective vehicle management and servicing to minimize schedule impact.
Interface between Operations and Maintenance and Contract Managers for the service providers.
Participate in After Action Reviews.
Manage Wellsite weed management scheduling and coordination.
Participate in C&P meetings around contractor management.
Work with the Schedulers for accurate long-term service schedules.
What we need from you
We are keen to speak to professionals with the following
Relevant experience in oil and gas or related industry experience
Trade Background highly preferred
Ability to provide coverage for maintenance lead duties
Ability to conduct field audits
Proactive and visible HSE leadership, demonstrating commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions
Highly proficient in the use of CMMS and supporting systems
Must be willing to hold a company credit card
Able to drive, with valid driving license
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with proven ability to engage with a broad spectrum of people
Strong organizational and co-ordination skills, ability to work with P6 Schedules
Ability to challenge outcomes and views which do not meet the production efficiency, availability, and integrity criteria, or may potentially hinder delivery
Team player, participating in the attainment of team goals, encouraging and leading continuous improvement
Ability to think widely to solve complex problems using innovative solutions
Excellent time management skills, strong implementation orientation
