No business development or sales targets

Due to their ongoing success, our client is seeking to appoint a Servicing Financial Planner to join their amazing team.

The Role

With no sales targets or expectations around business development, your primary focus will be on delivering ongoing advice and services to an existing book of approximately 50 clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Delivering all ongoing service obligations.

Maintaining accurate customer records

Managing the ad-hoc service needs of existing customers.

About You

You are a passionate advice professional with experience advising a sophisticated customer base across superannuation, retirement, investments, and insurance.

An empathetic adviser with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, you are a natural relationship builder who can gain the trust of clients quickly and effectively.

You are highly efficient and possess a strong sense of purpose. You are confident in your abilities and enjoy working in a cooperative, yet diverse team environment.

This role would ideally suit a customer-centric adviser seeking an opportunity to deliver quality advice without the burden of sales targets, in a supportive, flexible, and highly desirable environment.

Other skills, experience and attributes required include:
A natural ability to build relationships.

Genuine interest in investments, including direct assets.

FASEA Qualified

Evidence of a flawless compliance history

Proficient in the use of Xplan

Ability to provide advice to SMSF’s or a willingness to learn.
