
Swinburne University of Technology
Reporting to the Student Results Team Leader, you will support result and engagement processing, maintaining data quality and provide accurate advice regarding policy and procedures around student results and engagement including special consideration, consequential withdrawal and student progress.
It is expected that you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with teaching staff and other professional staff to support student assessment and engagement activities and work flexibly across the Assessment and Progression team to support operational needs.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
Demonstrated ability to provide quality service to all stakeholders and the ability to be flexible and responsive to stakeholder needs.
High level organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy in organisational matters and written materials
Demonstrated ability to interpret, apply and undertake tasks within the context of complex policies, procedures, regulation and guidelines.
Qualifications
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience or completion of an associate diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and /or educational training
