About the Role
Rail Control are seeking a person who is passionate about safety for the Rail Control Safety Specialist Supervisor role.
This role provides direct support to the Rail Control team and manages the interface with the Office of National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) and compliance with the Act and Regulations, this role will also be required to provide support and governance to ensure that our safe systems of work are being effectively utilised.
You will also lead our training and development team where you will be working closely with specialist trainers who are responsible for delivering our Rail Control School. The Role requires driving critical communication and embedding routine’s with our Systems Verification Officer.
