The purpose of this role to support the Merchandise Manager in managing and overseeing all buying functions within Freedom with a responsibility of Master Data and product setup, supplier communications and collaboration with all Freedom departments.

What you’ll be doing
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately.
- Support the buyers with all administrative tasks required to achieve crictical timelins for all new products introductions.
- Perform ad hoc duties and support the Merchandise department.
- Act as first point of contact for external and internal queries.
- Support the Merchandise Manager ensuring all Freedom products are accurately presented online and complete in terms of content.
Who you are
- Office administration experience, and organisational skills.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail.
- High level experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to work autonomously.
