Our IT Services team bring together technology and customer service skills to not only help fix equipment but to build positive customer relationships with free technical advice and timely repairs. We pride ourselves on a fascination and love of technology and a desire to try new things and see how they work.

Your Opportunity

As a Consultant in the IT Services team, you will play a key role in:

Identify and locally escalate support requests that are symptomatic of an unresolved underlying problem in IT equipment or services.

Minimise customer impact by providing workarounds where possible.

Maintain an accurate record of progress against requests for service using the “ServiceNow”.

Participating in local/national projects as assigned.

Support for the National KPMG Office IT users.

Your Experience

Recently graduated from University or have 1+ years’ experience in IT Service Support or equivalent.

Interest in delivering services within an environment with defined service levels.

Interest in using workflow/call management systems.

An understanding of ITSM (ServiceNow) methodologies.

Experience using and supporting Windows 10, Office365 and Microsoft Teams highly regarded.
