THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technology Trainer to join a dynamic and collaborative national team in a reputable large Australian Corporate law firm.
As a successful Technology Trainer, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive technology training and support to partners, legal staff, secretarial and support staff in all offices nationally.
Some of the main requirements of the role will include:
The ability to train and offer one-on-one support to users in a wide range of technology applications including Outlook, CMS, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Train and assist users in advanced functions of various software applications including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office in MS Word (ie advance formatting, cross referencing, styles and template creation)
New processes and systems implementation and training
Writing and implementing training manuals for the firm
Review and document enquiries and solutions for inclusion in Frequently Asked Questions
Provide timely resolution and responsiveness
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this Technology Trainer position, we are looking for someone with some proven experience providing training on technology platforms. Any experience in the legal industry is beneficial but not essential. Learning and development experience will also be an advantage.
Technical skills will include training on advanced formatting and template creation on MS Word and participate in new system implementation projects.
On a personal level, we are looking for someone who has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, articulate, and personable. It’s imperative that you are passionate about delivering first-class training to an audience of professionals.
