Early Years teacher to work collaboratively as part of a team, planning, moderating and some joint teaching. Strong skills and successful experience in differentiated learning using systematic synthetic phonics such as Jolly Phonics, Read Write Inc and incorporating play based learning and investigations into the daily learning program. Experience in working with diverse student cohorts including EALD and Aboriginal students and being able to successfully implement High Impact Teaching Strategies. Knowledge of trauma informed practices and Heggarty Phonemic Awareness is desirable.
