Our client is a national leader in the transport and logistic industry who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their Forrestfield team on a part time basis.

About your new role:
Friday – Sunday ONLY

Management of all Dock and Rail Team Members

Lead, coach, and mentor Leading Hands and provide daily direction on HR,IR and WHS matters

Maintaining and reporting on KPIs to the WA Operations manager

Ensure all policies, procedures and safe work instructions are complied with and that all personnel within your department have been trained in and understand the same, with all necessary documentation maintained

Genuine commitment to safety

About you:
Previous experience in an Operational supervisory/Management role with an understanding of the transport industry

Current Police clearance – (or willing to obtain)

Previous experience in a similar role

Leadership skills and ability to manage (including performance manage) people

Ability to multitask

Working knowledge of the warehousing and transport industry

Cert IV in Transport / Logistics / Warehouse

Provide First Aid and CPR

High Risk Work License – Forklift

OHS Act Training for Managers and Supervisors
